Booking and cancellation policies

Reservation:

Bookings can be made through our website or over the phone. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons.

Confirmation:

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your rental, including car type, rental period, and pickup/drop-off information.

Payment:

Payment can be made through bank transfer (IMPS or NEFT) or via UPI. The necessary details for the transaction will be provided at the time of booking.

Driver Details:

The details of the assigned driver, including their contact phone number, will be sent to you via WhatsApp one day prior to your journey.

Important Notice:

All Tirupati bookings are final: Postponement, advancement, or cancellation is not allowed.

Date And Time:

Please note that once confirmed, the date and time of your booking cannot be changed. For any issues while booking your Tirupati trip, please contact the TTD Call Center at 9159049159.

No-Show:

If there is a no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.

Darshan Ticket Refunds:

In case of cancellation, please note that while we refund the car rental amount as per our policy, the cost for any booked darshan tickets is non-refundable, adhering to the temple authorities’ regulations.

Modification Timing:

Request changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Subject to Availability:

Changes depend on the availability of the desired car type and rental period.

Additional Charges:

Modifications may incur extra charges, especially for upgrades or extended rental periods.

General Terms & Conditions.

All Cars are Air Conditioned but use of AC is up to the Customer. Sometimes in hilly areas driver may be required to switch off the AC to prevent overloading of engine.

Service tax and/or any other taxes at applicable rates from time to time, Toll, Parking charges, permit, etc would be charged extra.
